Donations
Digital Yacht Foundation allows customers to donate money via a secure PayPal or Stripe link and is collected in a dedicated bank account. The money is then distributed between the charities supported (the “Charities”) at Digital Yacht Foundation’s discretion.
The Charities are those that are listed on Digital Yacht Foundation’s website.
Once the money is with the Charities we do not monitor or control or have any responsibility for how donors’ donations are used by the Charities. We will not be liable to you or any other person for any misuse of funds by any of the Charities.

Digital Yacht Foundation makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Content or about the results to be obtained from using this Site and the Content.
